Brigadier W. A. Ariyarathna (Retd.) RWP RSP PGDM MBA
Brigadier W. A. Ariyarathna (Retd.) is a distinguished military leader with over 35 years of exemplary service in the Sri Lanka Army, complemented by senior leadership appointments in national disaster management and public administration. Throughout his career, he has successfully led and managed thousands of military personnel, developing extensive expertise in strategic leadership, human resource management, operational planning, security management, crisis response, organisational development and administration.
His distinguished career includes senior appointments such as Commander – Forward Maintenance Area (Eastern Province: Polonnaruwa, Trincomalee, Batticaloa and Ampara), Deputy Commissioner General – Bureau of the Commissioner General of Rehabilitation under the Ministry of Justice and Rehabilitation, and Director (Operations) – Disaster Management Centre.
He has also served as Area Commander – Area Headquarters Anuradhapura, Commander – 212 Brigade Anuradhapura, Project Coordinator – Headquarters Mullaitivu, Commander – Headquarters 621 & 574 Brigades during humanitarian operations, Commandant – Sri Lanka Armoured Corps Training Centre, Commanding Officer of the 6th and 8th Regiments of the Sri Lanka Armoured Corps, and Principal Staff Officer in the Overall Operation Command, North Central Province.
His professional and international exposure includes training and official visits to India, Singapore, the United States of America, Pakistan, Switzerland, Italy, France, Monaco, Nepal, China, Thailand and Malaysia. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Rajarata, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) and Advanced Military Qualifications, together with international and local training in Disaster Management, Rehabilitation and Humanitarian Operations.
He is also a disciplined leader with 5+ years as a Plant Operations Manager in a multinational Apparel Label & Packaging company — an expert in manpower leadership, factory operations, HSE, and ensuring audit-ready, OTIF-driven performance in a corporate environment.
His extensive command, international exposure and management experience provide Eye Q 365 with strong leadership founded on discipline, professionalism, integrity and operational excellence.

Lieutenant Colonel Sapumal Amunugama RSP (Retd.)
Lieutenant Colonel Sapumal Amunugama RSP (Retd.) is a highly experienced military professional with over 31 years of distinguished service in the Sri Lanka Army, primarily with the Sri Lanka Armoured Corps. He possesses extensive expertise in security operations, risk assessment, strategic planning, personnel management, administration, logistics and crisis management.
Throughout his career, he held several key command and staff appointments, including Senior Security Officer – Regional Ordnance Dump Complex, Senior Staff Officer – 212 Infantry Brigade, Commanding Officer – 3rd Volunteer Women Corps Battalion, Staff Officer Grade 1 – 56 Infantry Division, and Headquarters Officer/Officer Commanding – Army Commander Security Unit. His responsibilities included high-security operations, VIP protection, threat assessment, emergency planning and leadership of large teams.
His professional development includes military and specialist training in Sri Lanka, Pakistan, India and the Czech Republic, together with service in the United Nations Stabilization Mission in Haiti.

Bandula Kumarasiri RSP
A highly disciplined and experienced retired Sri Lanka Army Captain with over 23 years of distinguished military service in the Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment. He brings extensive expertise in security operations, operational planning, personnel management, training, crisis management and team leadership.
Having participated in major operations including Sat Jaya, Edibala, Jayasikuru, Riviresa, Agni Kheela and Humanitarian Operations, he brings valuable field experience and military discipline to Eye Q 365. As Operations Manager, he oversees security deployments, site operations, personnel discipline, supervision and service standards, ensuring professional and reliable security services for our clients.
